International Orders (for shipping destination outside of Canada and United Sates) are shipped via UPS . 

Due to the complexity of International Orders, Shipping will be quoted on a case by case basis.  Please use the form provided on your right to send us an email message requesting all the details regarding accurate Shipping & Handling costs, and estimated delivery time applicable to your country.  

For International Orders, shipping charges are established by the postal authorities, determined by the shipping weight, size of the parcel and geographic destination.  International customers (outside of United States and Canada) may be subject to customs fees and / or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches another country.  Please note, any additional charges for customs clearance, etc.. are the sole responsibility of the importer.  Green Tea Health Store Inc., has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country;  you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for all the details pertaining to your geographic destination.
